Account Manager Role
As Account Manager you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment within which the best work can evolve. You will be responsible for the effective management of client projects and the smooth daily running of the account. You will proactively and positively manage the relationship between the Client and Agency team. You will be the Client’s first port of call for all matters relating to your projects, reporting into the Managing Director or CEO (depending on the client).
You will be expected to know all the details of the projects you work on, from business strategy, financials, project scope, timing plans, and development plans to client contact details

You will work closely with the technical lead, UX, UI, strategy, content, design and marketing teams on all projects and keep your clients regularly updated on project progress.

You will be expected to know the client’s business and will represent the agency to your clients and regularly seek ways to add value to the relationship
You will have full view of the project financials and track how the project is progressing against plan
You will be able to positively discuss and debate creative work: graphic design, user experience design, copy and content. You will present and sell-in all creative output related to your projects
An understanding of how business works. A willingness to be flexible and responsive. Evidence of good lateral thinking. Enthusiastic about pitching new ideas and making new connections
Excellent team player. Client/account management fundamentals must be well-mastered (e.g. diplomacy, networking, small talk, awareness of personal space, knowing when to escalate problems). Excellent written and verbal communication in English. European languages (Spanish/Italian/French) a plus, but not essential
