Background

E-motion Publishing developed The Flame graphic novel iPad app to deliver a unique reading experience that goes beyond traditional storytelling. As graphic novel apps are a new and niche field, E-motion Publishing approached Apppli to help them define a marketing strategy that would engage the right audiences and achieve downloads.

Solution

We created a multi-channel app marketing and PR campaign designed to raise awareness around the launch of The Flame. This included setting up and managing social media pages for the client on Twitter and Facebook to engage potential users, and targeted content creation which gained high profile coverage from The Guardian.
